Our challenge was to design an 18-hole golf course and golf academy as part of a luxurious 2,700-acre lifestyle community in the heart of Dubai. Beyond the golf course, this high-end development boasts residential villas, upscale shopping, fine dining, world-class hotels, and top-notch health and education facilities.
The Course
Set against the stunning backdrop of Dubai’s desert landscape, the course delivers championship-level golf with a focus on playability. Wide, contoured fairways and expansive, undulating greens make the game enjoyable for all, while bold bunkering, scenic valleys, and striking lakes add drama and challenge. It’s a course that balances beauty with strategy, ensuring a memorable experience for every golfer.
