When Europe’s best golf resorts are ranked using independent, verified data, a clear pattern emerges.
In Leading Courses’ Best Golf Resorts in Europe 2026, six of the top twelve courses are EGD designs or EGD clients.
A separate ranking, Golf World’s Top 100 Golf Resorts, using a different methodology, included nine resorts involving EGD.
That consistency matters.
Courses designed by EGD a decade ago are still outperforming on playability and guest experience. Not as a launch year spike, but as long term design performance, reflected in real golfer feedback year after year.
Congratulations to all the resorts recognised.
If you’re planning a course or resort development, we’d be glad to talk.
